UPCOMING EVENTS
Public Enrollment – Live Online Program:
Essential Leadership Skills for Demanding Workplaces
Taking charge during times of workforce and workplace instability.
In these stressful, some would say chaotic, times, there is an increased need for managers and supervisors to meet objectives and requirements of the organization AND maintain the well-being, health, and safety of their employees.
It is no secret, employees – at all levels – are concerned about what is going on in the world. Some organizations will emerge stronger and more productive from this crisis; others will falter. The difference in success rates depends on how leaders empathize, engage, motivate, inspire, support and use the talents of their people.
The purpose of this session is to assist participants in understanding that their primary job in any organization is to create value; create value for stakeholders, employees and especially those who are served by the enterprise. This session has been created to provide participants with strategies, tools, and frameworks to successfully navigate, as a leader, the new realities of today’s workplace.
Two – 3-hour sessions February 23, & 24, 2021
Public Enrollment – Live Online Program:
Leading and Managing Change During Unstable Times
Creating and implementing change without having to use a sledgehammer.
Leading and managing change during unstable, tough, or chaotic times is different than change during good times. However, the good news is, the dynamics of change and the major phases of change do not vary based on the times we are in. The bad news is, during unstable times there is low tolerance for error and missteps. Managers and supervisors must use judgment to determine what aspects of the dynamics of change need to be emphasized AND to make things happen quickly.
The purpose of this session is focused on providing participants with strategic and tactical information about leading a successful change effort in an organization. This session has been specifically created to provide participants with tools and frameworks to successfully embrace the challenge of leading and managing change given the realities of today’s workplace.
Two – 3-hour sessions April 27 & 28, 2021
