Program title: V.I.P. Leadership
“To learn the keys to unlocking the potential of those that you lead.”
Overview for this 2-day program with optional 3rd and 4th days:
This program has been delivered to thousands of professionals in organizations located in North America, China, India, Middle East and other locations. The essence of this interactive workshop is to assist participants in understanding that their primary job in any organization is to create value. Create value for stakeholders, employees and especially customers. Participants in this workshop learn the difference between managing and leading. They’ll learn that they must be both a good manager and a great leader in order to create a legacy of achievement. More importantly, through “buddy” and “small group discussions” participants explore key issues facing managers and leaders today, that is, effective communications, successful leadership, continuous improvement, building teams, and reward & recognition. This workshop teaches participants about the power of Cognitive Behaviour Theory – in short, understanding the thinking patterns of leaders that are highly correlated to success in an organization. Through a 360 degree instrument called Managerial Effectives Profile System (MEPS) participants learn about the 14 managerial competencies associated with on the job effectiveness while receiving feedback from others in their organization. This session provides participants with the opportunity to establish a personal action plan that can result in lasting improvements for the individual and the organization they lead.
